Training Session Objectives

1. To improve your technical confrontations skills
2. To demonstrate that FEAR can be eliminated partially or wholly when facing others during a confrontation
3. To perform and feel more confident when confronting others
4. To demonstrate that confronting self and others appropriately enhances self-mastery and promotes peace of mind.
5. To provide a self-paced learning environment and advance courses.

Confrontation Skills Training Workshops ("CST")

To serve the learners needs, three levels or versions of the "CST" are provided:

1. The Basic Skills Workshop (HVC 101): 1-day class geared to introduce the techniques and enable the learner to experience change and better deal with resolving issues. This is great for the beginner and uses prescribed scenarios for practice sessions. Tuition: $125
2. The Intensive "CST" Workshop (HVC 102): A 2 1/2 day (16 hours) intensive. This is geared for the individual who wants to get the full thrust of the Confrontation Skill Techniques using real-life issues during practice sessions. Tuition: $195, $325 for couples
3. The Comprehensive "CST" Workshop (HVC 103): Geared for learners who desire an in-depth examination and behavioral change in the way they communicate and confront. This format uses closed circuit TV and actual issues. Classes meet for a total of 24 hours, subdivided either into three hour sessions for 8 weeks, or four hour sessions for 6 weeks. Tuition: $295

All workshops are guaranteed to meet the class and learner's objectives.

Training for Professionals (HVC 200)

This 2-day workshop is designed specifically for professionals in the counseling and educational fields. The professional will be given advance input and strategies with emphasis on the importance of energy and wholeness of the human body including each component: environmental, mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual.

Licensed Certified Facilitators (HVC 400)

Potential Facilitators must attend this Train-the-Trainer Professional course. In addition to being qualified to teach the Basic Courses (HVC 101, 102 & 103), participants will receive additional insight and advanced techniques experientially gained.

Corporate Programs (HVC 900)

Corporate HVC Programs have saved organization thousands of dollars and communication headaches. The content of the HVC material is designed to meet the specific needs of the host organization. The format used to deliver the training can be tailored to the employees' schedule, usually 4-hour or 6-hour sessions, sequentially: daily and/or weekly.

Corporate In-House Train-the-Trainer Programs (HVC 950)

Potential Corporate Facilitators must attend an intensive Train-the-Trainer Course. Under a specific licensing agreement, these facilitators can install the HVC Program into their organizations.
