Great listeners make great leaders.  Leaders listen carefully, make their decisions, and say only a few words.  When engaged in a communication, good communicators gather the facts presented, then succinctly say what's on their mind.

A good listening to speaking ratio is about 70/30. Communication is a two-way process that when listening and speaking are properly performed, they can make your relationships more enjoyable.

There are two major listening forces that work simultaneously. The first is  listening to your INNER VOICE and trusting that process. Second, is listening to external environment and identifying the INTENT of what is being conveyed. With these two forces acting together, you will realize that communication is an intricate aspect of SELF and how we evolve with our external world. It's all about communication...
