Greetings to You!

It’s already the 10th of January. Time is going by quite fast. What an ideal time to chop away burdening energies, to set a new agenda and intent to experience freedom. Freedom, what a great way to spend the rest of the year.

We have a special technique for people who want to have more freedom in their life. Imagine a red kite, flying high in the sky. It is free and playful. It flaunts a cheerful mystique.

Would you like to be as a kite? Fly freely in the blue sky? Would you like to dance with winds and play with the birds, and bathe in the Sun? Would you like to rest in the soft clouds? You can fly through your life free as kite. It is easy. Here is how.

We shall show you a technique.

Became aware:

• of how much you are overwhelmed by thoughts

• of your repetitive thinking

• of your burdening mental activities

• of misplaced emotions and agony

• of feeling down

• of a controlling persons

• of feeling tied, restricted and pulled down

• of your broken wings


Now, create a desire to be free. And do the following meditation:

• Set the intent too free yourself.

• Perceive yourself as a kite, flying in the sky.

• Suddenly feel controlling tugs pulling you down.

• Grab a pair of scissors.

• Cut the controlling strings.

• Feel a sudden shift of freedom.

• Now, dance freely in the sky.

• Bathe in the Sun.

• Dance with the winds.

• Play with the birds.

• Touch the clouds.

• Be grateful for your freedom.

• Fly...
