eat, no matter what you eat. Thinking positively
while eating food, tends to bring you more health.
If you eat good food and think unhealthy, then that
food cannot heal you. Always bless the food that you
eat.
Give thanks for the abundance of your
family,
friends and unseen guardians around you. You
probably have at least one person that you can count
on when in need. Create new friends with whom you
can share your emotional and mental abundance.
Give thanks for the abundance that
you can perceive
around you. Let your awareness unfold and enjoy in
gorgeous architecture, the masterpieces of art, the
sunsets, the rain, fancy flowers, delicious fruits,
and the beat of music.
Give thanks to your body. It is
abundant with
healthy parts: your eyes and ears that help you to
enjoy the beauty around you; your legs that move you
forward; your inner organs that support you
unconsciously in every moment and with every breath
that your body undertakes.
Give thanks for the emotional
abundance: joy, love,
happiness, passion, pleasure, delight, and bliss.
Give thanks for having abundant
wisdom, all the
knowledge you have, your intuition, and your
gut-feelings.
Give thanks for the Spiritual and
Angelic abundance
that exist around you. Ask them for assistance
often.
Give thanks for the abundance of
money, and if you
do not have enough, learn how to create more.
