Details * Your payment for a reservation on this Croatia Holistic Vacation Retreat Summerr 2007 constitutes consent and acknowledgment of all the provisions in these Details and in the OHi Company Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read both of these important pieces of information and call us with any questions. * Download full Terms and Conditions (PDF) * Price Reservations must be made by May 30th to ensure availability on the tour. Price:s are- Land only, per person, based on double occupancy * A deposit of $300.00 (plus travel insurance if you want it) is due within 7 days of your reservation or your reservation is subject to cancellation. * Final payment is due 50 days prior to departure date. Credit cards (Visa, Discover, Paypal, Mastercard) or checks (made payable to Oughten House Foundation Inc.) are accepted. We need your airline schedule with your final payment. * Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended in case you have to cancel the trip due to illness. It must be purchased with deposit if you want a waiver for pre-existing conditions. Price for insurance: $50.00 USD - $159.00 USD Check Insurance on: http://www.gate1travel.com/insurance.htm Insurance is not refundable. * Airfare & taxes are additional. Please call for a price quote or possible group rates. Fares are based on availability at time of booking. Airline cancellations are per the airline's policy. * Please note hotels are subject to change. * Cancellation Fees and Refunds. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation Fees as follows: Regardless of when you cancel, there will be a cancellation service charge from OHi of $50 and your credit card will be charged. If you cancel outside 90 days your deposit is refunded. If you cancel 89-60 days prior to departure you will lose your $300 deposit. If you cancel 59-21 days prior to departure you will lose 35% of the total price of the trip. If you cancel 20-3 days prior to departure you will lose 50% of the total trip price. If you cancel 2 days prior to departure, or on departure day or later, you will lose 100% of the total price paid. No refund on unused portions of the trip. You will receive an invoice showing your deposit paid and when the final payment is due. 7. Final payment is usually due 50 days prior to the trip unless otherwise noted in the Details of the trip. 8. Final documents are sent approximately 10 days prior to the trip date.
