Dear Candidate for DNA Certification,

We thank you for your interest in Oughten House Foundation’s DNA Practitioner Certification Programs. Our staff, members, practitioners, and our worldwide customer base take great pride in the intent of our mission. The name and integrity behind Oughten House remains well established for well over eleven years.

Effective 01 June 2006. The Certification Program changed underwent refinement and differs from previous materials. National and English speaking countries under copyright and trade mark protection must be treated differently from non-English speaking countries.

The “DNA Certification Program“ uses a multy-layered approach for participation:

1) For DNA Practitioner Certification — Levels 1-2-3 for Coaching and Hosting

2) For DNA Facilitator Certification— Levels 4 & 5 for Facilitating Courses

Our goal is to enhance the Practitioner to excel in the manner most appropriate to assist the client with DNA Activations and related healing modalities. To this end, OHi offers ongoing comprehensive practitioner training Programs that improve the well-being of the client, while yielding more financial reward for the Practitioner/Facilitator.

As a Candidate, please discern that the Certification Program serves you and Ohi equally as an independent business partnership. The Certification Programs should complement one’s existing employment and career pursuits. Depending on your existing clientele and outreach capacities, potential income as a Practitioner may vary anywhere from $5,000 to over $30,000 per year. Refer to the Gross Estimated Revenue Profile Sheet for your revenue projections.

There is a “Remote/Online Training Process“ that intends to make the DNA Certification LEVEL ONE (1) process effective, rewarding, and inexpensive. It reduces the need extraneous training and eliminates expensive courses, travel, and lodging.

Training for Levels 2 & 3 will also be acomplished Remotely in the near future. All DNA Facilitator Certification Training and DNA Course instructions must be done within the format of an hand-on intensive with Dr. Gerard or a Senior Facilitator.

It is important that you thoroughly understand the Program and the detailed documents of this “ONLINE” Pre-Certification Registration Packet. All the forms you need are available in printable format. Please read all the materials and get a good feel for the Program. A separate application is required for each certification level. Decide if the DNA Healing Project and business relationship mutually serve you, Oughten House, and your potential clients. Upon your favorable decision, please do the following:

READ:

READ and complete, sign, and send back to Oughten House the following:

 1.  Application for Admission form including recent photos (these can be e-mailed as jpegs)

 2.  Code of Ethics and Agreement of Ethical DNA Activations

 3.  Agreement of Certification

 4.  A $25 USD non-refundable Enrollment fee. For your convenience, you can pay online using our website.

 5.  Two Professional Letters of Recommendation in support of your competency.

 6.  All forms must be appropriately signed

 7.  In addition, a phone interview mayl be arranged

Your application will undergo an intuitive and clairvoyant review by Dr. Gerard and Zeljka Roksandic. Upon approval of your application, you will be notified by e-mail as well as regular letter post and copies of the agreements will be returned to you. At that time, you will need to pay the Primary Program fee of $300 This fee includes course Level One Remote/Online courses and materials and future updates, instructions, and certification testing, e-mail correspondence, 10 hours of additional coaching, and diploma of certification. These fees can also be paid online. Training materials and instructions for Levels 2-5 are additional.

Upon receipt of payment, a REMOTE TRAINING KIT will be sent to you with additional information and primary training documents. Please follow all the instructions carefully and begin with your training.

DNA Certification Program

Overview

General Statement: ?It should be noted that OHi considers each of the DNA Activations as a Sacred Ceremony in addition to being excellent healing modalities. Many DNA Activation programs and practitioners have evolved since the Foundation launched the DNA Healing Project with Vianna Stibal in 1997. Please discern and ascertain that whatever healing program you use serves your Highest Good. All effort is now being seriously taken as to the overall intent and dissemination of this material. The creation of the Genetic Grid and, its merger with the Goddess Grid, and sustaining an active Second Wave of Planetary Ascension have become the major focal points of the mission behind the Foundation. The Certification Process serves as a major element to make this happen. Every active Certified Practitioner and Facilitator will be proudly represented and backed by Oughten House and their contact information honorably placed on the Foundation’s website.

  

Oughten House Foundation, Inc., aka “OHi” Oughten House International, offers two categories of DNA Certification:

 1.  DNA Certified Practitioner
Levels 1-2-3 for Coaching & Hosting (for Client One-on-One applications and small groups up to 5 people).

 2.  DNA Certified Facilitator
Levels 4-5 for facilitating Courses (for larger group applications, seminars, workshops, courses and regional training).  

  

DNA Practitioner Certification - for Coaching & Hosting

Primary Program fee: $300 USD

Level 1:

Activities
Perform 1st & 2nd DNA Activations, small group activations and Introductory seminars up to a group size of 5 people.

Prerequisites
Completion and Graduation of Primary DNA Activation Remote Trainin Program and Internship.

Requirements
Perform at least : 15 First DNA Activations, 15 Second DNA Activations, 1 Introductory Seminar, or 1 Small Group Activations of 5 or less people within learning period.

Learning period
Minimum of 6-9 months.

Training Fees
In Program Fee.

 
Level 2:

Activities
 Includes all Level 1 Activities. Perform 3rd & 4th DNA Activations, small group activations and Introductory seminars with 5 or less people.

Prerequisites
Completion of Level 1 Requirements and successful completion of specialized 3rd & 4th DNA Activation Training.

Requirements
Perform at least : 10 Third DNA Activations,10 Fourth DNA Activations, 1 Introductory Seminar, or 1 Small Group Activations within learning period.

Learning period
6 - 9 months

Training Fees
$250 USD

Level 3:

Activities
 (Note: Not Yet Active) Includes all Level 1 & 2 Activities. For Performing 5th & Higher DNA Activations, small group activations and Introductory seminars.

Prerequisites
Completion of Level 1 & 2 Requirements and successful completion of Specialized 5th DNA Activation Training.

DNA Facilitator Certification - Levels 4 & 5

Level 4:

Activities
 Perform any DNA Activation, small and large group activations, Introductory seminars, and facilitate DNA Course #1 (Title: DNA Activation Experiential Training) and DNA Course #2 (Title: Living Life Positively And How it is Done -formerly the Expansion & Rejuvenation Course).

Prerequisites
Serve as a DNA Practitioner Level 1 & 2 for at least one (1) year and completed all requirements. Sucessfully complete the Specialized Facilitator Training for DNA Courses #1 & 2; and have facilitated DNA Course #1 and DNA Course #2 at least two (2) times each within learning period.

Requirements
Instruct DNA Course #1 and DNA Course #2 at least two (2) times.

Learning period
9 months

Training Fees
$450 USD (4 day intensive)

Level 5:

Activities
 All of Level 4 plus facilitate DNA Course #3 (Title: Self-Empowerment Healing Techniques), plus any NEW COURSE Materials generated by the Foundation, and serve as a Regional Senior Instructor and Trainer for Oughten House or other Hosting Center.

Prerequisites
Completion of Level 4 Requirements. Successfully complete the Specialized Facilitator Training for DNA Courses #3 within learning period.

Requirements
Instruct DNA Course #3 at least two (2) times within learning period.

Learning period
9-12 months

Training Fees
$300 USD (3-5 day intensive)

  

Professional and Geographical Considerations

Please be advised that OHi desires to recruit practitioners already established in the healthcare, alternative and holistic health care, medical and psychotherapeutic sectors. However, we remain open to work with all candidates whose mission and expertise align with Oughten House. We desire to have an effective National and International Team.?

Our plan creates the concept of the “Team Approach” that serves to keep a higher standard of control of information and management of Practitioners and Facilitators, reduce competitive interference, and increase the profitability of the Certified Practitioner and Facilitator.

It is expected that the potential candidate for DNA Certification has experienced the First through Fourth DNA Activation and has already or will immediately become familiar with the DNA Activation Seminars and/or Kits.The candidate selection process will be on a “first come, first enroll” basis.

Candidates and Practitioners within English speaking countries will initially work directly with Dr.Gerard. Otherwise, a Regional Coordinator within each foreign language speaking country will be assigned.

The purpose of the DNA Certified Practitioner Level One (1) Coach:

 1. To work with clients on a One-to-One basis: to assist clients to properly perform their FIRST and SECOND DNA Activations and apply other healing competencies.

 2. To offer DNA information and/or DNA Activation “Information & Introductory” Seminars for individuals and small gatherings up to five (5) people maximum.? It’s the role of the Certified DNA Facilitator to perform larger groups and facilitate courses and workshops sponsored by the Foundation

 3. To generate additional income from product sales and services

 4. To expand client's interest in the DNA Activation Program as a representative of the Foundation

Upon Level 1 Certification, the Practitioner enjoys the caring atmosphere of coaching their client throughout the DNA Activation process and other competent healing modalities. It is highly suggested that a professional fee of at least $40 USD and a maximum of $95 USD per Activation be charged for this service. In addition to generating substantial revenue from product sales, the practitioner can serve as a coordinator to disseminate information to new or existing clientele, help anchor the Genetic Grid, foster Planetary Ascension, and receive recognition and leads from the Foundation’s website.

Level One (1) Remote/Online - Practitioner Training

The Remote/Online Training Process for level One (1) intends to make the certification process inexpensive, by reducing the need for travel and lodging, provide more comprehensive practitioner training, and avail the potential for quicker financial rewards.

Candidates must have been accepted into the Program and paid in full, attended all the prerequisites, have their own reading copy of the latest Change Your DNA, Change Your Life (DNA Book), read required material in preparation for remote participation and examinations. All remote education, written and remote correspondence, and online coaching will initially be done directly with and/or under the guidance of Dr. Gerard for English speaking countries on a scheduled basis, or with a Regional Coordinator for foreign languages.

The remote self-paced leaning should take less than 90 hours of concentrated study, excluding time for your internship. The Primary Program Fee $300 USD includes all Level One (1) Training.

Levels 2-3 Training repeat the format of Level 1 Training and cover the 3rd and subsequent DNA Activations

Practitioner Training (OnSite-Campus, Optional Approach)

Occassinally within the States, a four and one half (4-1/2) day course will be held at a designated location to provide the required practitioner certification training. This is an intensive course. Candidates will receive and study the same materials as in the Remote Program prior to attending this classroom hands-on course. An additional Training Fee applies.

Internship

Upon successful completion of all remote or classroom education, candidates shall perform at least fifteen (15) First DNA and fifteen (15) Second DNA Activations, and at least one (1) Introductory Seminar with a maximum group size of fivet (5) participants. The candidate will provide client documentation to the Foundation and/or Regional Coordinator for verification of candidate competencies acquired in the field, and the ability to professionally interact with their clientele. Interns need to submit client documentation as per guidelines within three (3) days subsequent to completing required activity. No Program fees apply.

     Re-Certification: DNA Practitioner - Levels 1-2-3

Annual Fee $50. USD and attendance in any new required class or self-paced course program are necessary.

This is for Certified DNA Practitioners who desire to advance and work with a larger public audience, to teach and facilitate First, Second, Third, Fourth and future DNA Activations Seminars, and designated DNA related Self-Empowerment Workshops and Courses. Graduates with this certification can generate substantial revenues.

Only candidates who have successfully fulfilled and demonstrate good competencies as a DNA Certified Practitioner Levels 1-2-3 can be accepted into this level. Candidates must have had some previous presentation, facilitation, and/or platform experience. In addition, candidates must successfully complete all prerequisites, read required material, demonstrate their good presentation skills, and pass examinations.

There are two Learning Level Training Programs for facilitators.

Successful graduates of Level 4 have the opportunity to facilitate DNA Course #1 and DNA Course #2. The course contents of DNA course #1 & 2 are detailed and broad in scope. Both courses provide the client an intensive interaction and validation of course learning's objectives. Facilitators must be prepared to deal with clientele in a quasi-therapeutic environment.

Successfull graduates of Level 5 will have the expanded opportunity to facilitate DNA Course #3 (Self-Empowerment Healing Techniques), which is a 3-day client intensive workshop that deals with Reading and Healing modalties. This requires a very reflective and intensive training. Candidates must be prepared to deal with clientele in a quasi-therapeutic environment.

 
 DNA Facilitator Training - Level 4

The On-campus intensive course is designed for those who have little or no applicable presentation skills. Candidates will be coached to present seminars and facilitate.

The Course concentrates on presenting materials in the OHi’s primary workshops and DNA Courses #1 & 2, including performing group 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, & 4^th DNA Activations, their methodology and application. It focuses on client relations, ethics, and professionalism. Participants will further develop basic training and presentation skills required to perform DNA Activation Seminars and future DNA Course #1 & 2.

This course is not geared to serve as a remedial class for any healing information. It will be professionally facilitated by a Senior Consultant Team experienced in the field of training, presentation skills, and the healing process. Participants will be required to know, in detail, the subject matter of the Seminars and Workshops covered. As a result of this class, participants will have acquired basic competencies in presentation, platform, and professional coaching and healing skills.

Upon satisfactory completion of this class, an exit interview by the Senior Instructor and the processing of required business agreements with the Foundation will be accomplished.? Graduates can then teach DNA related seminars, workshops, and DNA Courses #1 & 2.

  DNA Facilitator Training - Level 5 ? (“On-Campus Course”)

This second “On-campus” intensive course is designed for those who have substantial presentation skills. Candidates will be coached to present seminars    and facilitate.

       Participants will be required to know, in detail, the subject matter of the  Seminars, Workshops and DNA Course #3 that will be covered. As a result of thiclass, participants will have acquired advanced competencies in presentation,  platform, and professional coaching and healing skill

Upon satisfactory completion of this class, an exit interview by the SenioInstructor and business agreement processing with the Foundation will be accomplished.? Graduates can then teach DNA related seminars, workshops, and courses.

The Level 5 Facilitator Training duration lasts four and one half (4-1/2) days with 1 evening session. It can be held, occasionally at a designated location to provide the required senior level facilitator certification training. Candidates must pre-register and prepare study materials of courses designated above prior to attending this course.? The Facilitator Training Course Program Fee is $300.USD and includes all training materials.

Re-Certification—Facilitator - Levels 4 & 5

Annual Fee $95 and attendance in any new required class or self-paced course program are required. The Facilitator fee also includes the regular DNA Practitioner fee.

        Enrollment Procedure

All related information and forms are available on the website and are printable. Interested individual without access to the Internet should contact OHi and request a Remote/Online Pre-Certification Registration Packet. The Remote/Online Program obviously requires the candidate’s access to a computer.

The potential candidate should have a good understanding of the DNA Activation process and DNA Healing Project.? Be advised that certification requires a legal bond with the Foundation and Agreements related to sales, marketing, training, and business affiliation must be signed.

A $25 non-refundable application enrollment fee for Level ONE to cover administrative costs. Complete details, registration forms, financial models, and charts are provided to assist you with your decision to become a Certified Practitioner and/or Facilitator, and a business affiliate.

Program and Training fees vary for each level and are non-refundable after 15 days from receipt of the training materials. Every effort to minimize expenses while delivering excellent competency skills are our objective. We realize that there are hundreds of millions people out there that need to become acquainted with this information. There’s plenty of room, growth, and opportunity to serve.
